Good Afternoon Everyone,

I want to start this message off by saying that I am forever grateful for the service that you all have provided my business. The Spoland Solutions IBO has gotten its positive name because of all of you, not because of me… and we could never have done it without each and every one of you.

With that being said, effective immediately, the Spoland Solutions IBO will be shutting down. This was a very difficult decision to make but I believe it is needed.

A few different reasons contributed to this decision. First and foremost, I want to put all my effort into a specific client so I can hopefully be promoted to a corporate position on the client. With that position, I will no longer be able to run an Arise IBO. This will help give me a consistent paycheck to rely on, and will give me the power to help make the client the best client in the Arise network.

Secondly, I’m exhausted. Running the IBO in the manner that I have, takes a lot of time and a lot of effort. As I’ve told most of you, I don’t make much money from running the IBO. The honest truth is that some invoice periods, I only bring home around $300 and I don’t even want to think about how much time I put into it.

I have made plans for all of you to move to a specific IBO, Krafft Virtual Solutions. KVS is owned by a good friend of mine, Jamie Krafft. I’m very excited for all of you regarding this change because I know that Jamie will give you all an environment that you LOVE. In a way, Jamie is like a female version of me! Some more good news is that Talena will be moving to the IBO as well and will stay in a Team Leader position! I will be working closely with Jamie and Talena over the coming weeks to make sure the transition is as seamless as possible. Jamie will also be matching the fee structure that you are currently on so you don’t need to worry about that changing. I would greatly suggest that you choose KVS as the IBO to move to but ultimately it is your individual decision. Here is some more information about Jamie and KVS:

I will start with a bit about my family life. I have two great kids, Haileigh, 9, and Jackson, 4. We live in Warrenton, Missouri, a small town about an hour outside of St. Louis. I grew up in Missouri and my parents and younger sister are still here also. I have 2 nephews and 1 niece that I love and do not get to see enough. I have 2 dogs, and 2 cats, animals are surly one of my favorite pastimes. I am married to an amazing husband, we just celebrated our 5 year anniversary December 7th. 2012! In our free time we like to play with the kids and dogs outside when it is not freezing cold here. We have 5 acres of land and a pond where you can find us in the summer most of the time.

After being in the corporate world for over 15 years I decided to stay home with my daughter in 2007. I worked long hours, going in at 6am and sometimes working 55+ hours a week. I felt like I was missing out on her life. After being home just a short time, I got bored, and needed to find some work, but did not want to go to back to an office setting, I wanted to work from home. I researched for a while and found Arise. Even with the fees, I knew this was the right company for me. I started under an IBO and worked the major cruise line for a short time. I joined the theme park and loved them! While working them, Arise started their program where you could hire under your IBO and become a Premiere Partner (Super VSC at that time). My IBO was one of the very first to make this list, and she was willing to teach me the ropes. I decided to do it and see what happened. This is where you all came in! In 2011 I started venturing into hiring independent contractors under my own LLC. With my extensive background in customer service and in business management I knew I could offer a great opportunity to others out there like me. Now two years later KVS has over 30 CSPs and has been an Arise Premiere Partner for over a year. I now work chat with the Fruit Company and I love them. I have been servicing with the Fruit Company for a year now.

Below is a mini-FAQ about KVS:

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Normally 8am EST – 1am EST. 7 days a week. Jamie will email her client schedule out at the beginning of the week so CSPs know when she may be a little slower.

Q: How can I contact KVS as a CSP?
A: Phone, text, email, AIM

Q: What is your normal fee structure?
A: $59 per invoice for new CSPs who will have CSP101 and first client certification reimbursed. $50 per invoice is the fees will not be reimbursed.

Q: When are your invoice periods and pay dates?
A: Invoice periods are 1st-15th, and 16th-end of the month. Payroll is processed the same day Arise pays KVS. It takes two days to get to CSPs bank account, which is normally around the 10th and 25th. Jamie will send dates ahead of time to let them know when she will pay.

Q: Do you have detailed invoices?
A: Yes, KVS invoices will have the same content as the Spoland Solutions invoices.

Q: Does KVS have a contract?
A: There is no contract. CSPs are just required to read and sign the welcome packet which agrees to similar requirements on the Spoland Solutions application.

Q: What is CA and SA requirement on KVS?
A: The CA and SA requirements are the same as Arise requires; 90% CA, and 100% SA.

Q: Do you have a referral fee?
A: If you refer a new CSP to KVS, you will earn $50 after they become certified and service for one full month.

To make the IBO change, please follow the steps below PRIOR to May 15th, 2013 at 11:59pm EST. For CSPs that do not change by that time, you will need to make the change between May 22, 2013 at 12:01am EST and May 26, 2013 at 11:59pm EST. CSPs who do not make the change by May 26, 2013 at 11:59pm EST will be dropped from the Spoland Solutions IBO, which may result in loss of your current SOW.

To make the change to Krafft Virtual Solutions, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the My Info tab in the Arise Portal.
  2. Select Drop/Change VSC
  3. Choose “Request to move to the following VSC.”
  4. Enter her IBOID which is 33182.
  5. Press Search
  6. Press Proceed
