We have a supervisor on staff 24/7/365 to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are constantly being met per our client’s requirements and our requirements. If SLAs are not being met, we have staff on-call and ready to jump on the phones as we need them. As an extra level of protection, a notification is sent to upper management as soon as an SLA is not being met.
Our standard SLA is that 95% of our calls are answered within 4 rings.
